We visited this place few days ago and are very impressed with the houses, very big villas and good value for money, in my opinion. The phase 3 villa are priced between 360 and 460 for two and three bed, but very good specifications.

No church Shaun, it's the old hacienda of the former owners of the land. If you want to develop the land into golf courses with houses you have to restore the the old farmers houses.

The restaurant in the old part of the resort 6 Sentidas is very good, French kitchen. Not British 😂 New part (ALTAONA) is still a ghost town.

I didn’t go in it looked expensive but good to hear the food is good, no burgers 🍔 then 😂👍

Seems to me Shaun that moving to Spain "because it is cheap" days are now slipping away .Property and land seem to be really Kicking off . In rural locations maybe still bargains to be had [needing lots of work ,I would imagine ] . What do you think? Good vid' by the way .

Thank you Burt, prices seem to be going up now and properties are selling, I did read in Almeria there is a housing shortage but loads of new building going on while the rural areas, are becoming more and more empty so still plenty of bargains to be had, just be careful as always 👍
