love paper dolls's! i grew up w/the books & cut out the dolls & clothes before playing w/them until they fell apart. most little girls today don't know what they are missing as paper doll books are hard to come by now. i make all my nieces paper dolls from scratch like shel does here. so much fun!

Oh Shel she is awesome, kind of a wild, hippy, earth based Raggedy Anne! I love it! I thought it was clever that you put that heart brad in the tag hole cause most store bought ones had a sewn heart on their chest that sometimes even detached. 💙🖤💚💙🖤💚

You amaze me every time I watch one of your videos. I had a raggedy Ann and Andy dolls as child too. My Mom handmade them for me. I used to have paper dolls as well that my Mom and I created from newspapers. I used my crayons and markers to decorate them. Thanks for sharing Shel.

She is adorable Shel. My mother made me Raggedy Ann and Andy dolls. She also made sets years later for my daughters. I still have a set that was my youngest daughter, she did not really play with dolls much at all.

Thank you for teaching and explaining as you go. I appreciate the tip about adding some acrylic paint to the Neocolor II. I love them, but don't like how they get streaky. Yours is so smooth. I'm going to try this. Cute doll!

Oh yes n meant to say my hair looked like that every night when my Granny used to tie my hair in a zillion plaits so it was wavy lol

Oh yes, my grandma did this thing to my hair when I was little that she called 'putting it in rags' which somehow made it curly. I was pretty little so I do not really remember the process LOL
