Manta just has too many things going on for him..like having MVASG's burning, jla's power slow, grodd's defense lowering, dot like LOA, stun and tanky like AKBM, armor pierce and a great support character to buff him up...it's ridiculous

Excellent support, he's arguably the best support if his passive is maxed out because 100 % dmg bonus is ridiculously op lol but overall character he's above average. his stats doesn't go toe-to-toe with his amazing passive and basic attacks.
