I miss the program 5-mode found on a Brewista Smarscale 2. Timer starts when water is poured (Chemex brewing), and doesn't stop when pouring is paused 🤔

Hi, have you handled the Lunar 2021 in White scale with ceramic coating? I was wondering how the new ceramic finish compares to the black anodized aluminum finish....pros/cons. Thanks!
