Alton Towers have made many updates to not only their new ride, but new attractions and even a closed one too! And Drayton Manor have Finally announced the opening date for Gold Rush, their new rollercoaster!! All that and more has happened, this past week in theme parks!

Went on the wickerman track walk a few weeks back and you can see the beginnings of the burial grounds being put together. Staff essentially told us it’s defo coming back ✌🏻

8:34 😂😭 trust me shoes actually taste quite nice Here’s my personal favourite recipe for eating of the shoe: ### Gourmet Shoe Delight Recipe #### Ingredients: - 1 clean, unworn leather shoe - 1 cup of red wine - 2 cups of beef or vegetable broth - 1 cup of soy sauce - 1/2 cup of olive oil - 4 cloves of garlic, minced - 1 large onion, chopped - 2 carrots, diced - 2 stalks of celery, diced - 1 sprig of rosemary - 1 sprig of thyme - 2 bay leaves - Salt and pepper to taste - Fresh herbs for garnish (parsley, thyme, or rosemary) Instructions: 1. *Preparation:* - Ensure the shoe is clean and made of edible materials (preferably new, unworn leather). - Cut the shoe into manageable pieces. Remove any metal parts like eyelets or aglets. 2. **Marinade:* - In a large bowl, mix the red wine, soy sauce, olive oil, and minced garlic. - Submerge the shoe pieces in the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. - Cover and let marinate for at least 24 hours in the refrigerator, allowing the leather to soften and absorb the flavors. 3. Slow Cook - In a large pot or slow cooker, heat a bit of olive oil over medium heat. - Add the chopped onion, carrots, and celery. Sauté until they begin to soften, about 5-7 minutes. - Add the marinated shoe pieces, broth, rosemary, thyme, and bay leaves. - Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 6-8 hours, or until the leather becomes tender. 4. **Final Touches:** - Once the shoe is tender, remove the bay leaves and herb sprigs. - Season the broth with salt and pepper to taste. - If desired, strain the broth and reduce it over medium heat to create a rich, flavorful sauce. 5. **Serving:** - Arrange the shoe pieces on a platter. - Drizzle with the reduced broth sauce. - Garnish with fresh herbs for a pop of color and added flavor. Enjoy: - Serve your Gourmet Shoe Delight with a side of mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables for a complete meal. - Pair with a glass of red wine that complements the rich flavors of the dish. PROJECT OCEAN SUMMARY : project ocean is a project at Alton Towers in Alton which is a supposed ripsaw flat ride. This new flat ride is located where funk and fly used to be. ( THIS PART IS ALL SUMMARYS I HAVE HEARD WHEN I WENT ON THE 1ST JULY ) I spoke to a protester and apparently it is themed after nemisis / phalanx. With the red nemisis water and a top secret project. It may even feature half galatica and half nemisis. But this is all information I know aswell as theories and I think it will be very good. Thank you for listening to project ocean tea. Also PROJECT HORIZION NEWS SOMETIME WOULD BE GREAT!

I was at Alton towers when nemesis opened again we had just gotten off oblivion, checked the app saw that it was open and ran to it we got on it about 15 mins before the park closed so when we got off we ran to galactica

So so needs Voltron nevera and before anyone says about the height restriction, it is only 5 metres taller than Smiler, so lowering the launch station a little and maybe a metre or 2 off the top and boom youve got a world class coaster everyone would be talking about! Hopefully Hex reopens soon, it has been so long since it was open. I heard a lot of stuff while doing work experience at the resort, and there were some interesting things about Hex mentioned, so it should be reopening very soon.

I think permanently closing the dungeons at Alton towers is definitely a great idea. Given how the dungeons doesn't come with your Alton towers ticket, you need to pay extra just to get to the dungeons. Not worth it!
