Single Head 12 station Turret type rotary Lami/ Plastic/ ALUMINIUM Tube filling sealing and coding machine manufactured by AMSON Engineering Model No. AETS01250, which can fill and seal tubes from 2 grams to 250gms. Output can be 25 tubes per minute maximum. This machine can perform operations like, Tube orientation, tube indexing from one station to other, Vacuum and nitrogen flushing, Tube Filling, Hot air assisted heating of Tube ends, Pneumatic assisted Sealing, batch coding on sealed tube end, Trimming of unwanted sealed end, Aluminium Tube Folding station,and automatic ejection of finished tubes. Tube placing and cream/ paste loading in to hopper are Manually done and all other operations are automatic. In this machine, there are facilities such as Heating jacketed for hot air circulation, inbuilt water pump for circulation, Stirrer for hopper with scraper, No Tube No Fill facility sensor, Mark sensor, spare hopper with 2 liter non jacketed hopper, 4 sets of tube holders and nozzles, all product contact parts are in SS316 L quality, non contact parts in SS304 quality, Air tight lid for hopper to remove air through vacuum application, cut off valve to prevent tailing of product, height adjustment facility for smaller to taller tubes from 230mm also etc

All 4 sides of base frame are covered with Stainless steel 304 quality sheet metal 16 gauge thick mat finished and top 4 sides are covered with poly carbonate sheet of 10mm thick with opening type hinges and magnetic clamps.
