Oil 50-60 ml
Gur/ chini 1 spoon
Tomato paste 3-5 spoon
Garam masala powder 1 spoon
Ghee 1/2 spoon
Paste no 1:
Ginger 1.5 inches
Cumin 1 spoon
Mouri/sounf 1 spoon
Coriander 1 spoon
Red chilli 6-7
Paste no 2 :
Poppy seed/ posto 1 spoon
Malon seeds/mogoj 1 spoon
Kaju 4-5
