Protective film remover: Recommended method for use
Please ensure both protective film remover and protective film are free from any dirt or contamination before use. N.B. The protective film remover should only be used along the folding line of the panel.
Hold the protective film remover at a sharp angle (preferably less than 30°) to the ALUCOBOND® or ALUCORE® panel. Pull the protective film remover along the edge exerting light pressure. Only about 2,500 g or 5.5 lbs. is needed to cut through the protective film. The protective film can then be removed using an EPDM strip or by hand.

Empfehlung zur Nutzung des Schutzfolienentferners
Vor der Nutzung des Schutzfolienentferners ist sicherzustellen,
dass sowohl der Schutzfolienentferner als auch die Schutzfolie frei von Verunreinigungen oder Verschmutzungen sind. Der Schutzfolienentferner sollte nur für die Biegeschulter (Abkantung)
verwendet werden. Der Schutzfolienentferner sollte in einem spitzen
Winkel zu der ALUCOBOND®/ALUCORE®-Biegeschulter, möglichst unter 30° angesetzt werden.
Ein geringer Anpressdruck ist ausreichend (ca. 2.500 g) um die
Schutzfolie zu durchtrennen. Den Schutzfolienentferner unter leichtem Druck über die Kante ziehen. Anschließend kann die durchtrennte Schutzfolie mit einem EPDM-Streifen oder per Hand abgezogen werden.
Der Schutzfolienentferner ist ausschließlich für die Produkte ALUCOBOND® und ALUCORE® von 3A Composites anwendbar.
