The EVODECK system is a universal element slab formwork system made of aluminium. This system is suitable for different types of ceiling such as: solid concrete, floor slabs (panelled surfaces), mixed floor (concrete and masonry) and lightweight slabs.
This lightweight panel slab formwork enables effortless working from floor-level. Fast assembly and disassembly are guaranteed, accompanied by easy to handle and lightweight system components. The low individual weight of the elements (max. of 24 kg) and practical dimensions of the elements favour ergonomic work on the construction site.
The system is available with two different prop heads, the fixed head, and the drop head. Both can be mounted on all common types of props. The fixed prop head can be used for the shuttering of the slab formwork and also serves as a support for wall areas and corners. The drop-head construction instead permits early stripping already after 2 to 5 days from the casting, always depending on the strength of the concrete. Therefore, most of the formwork equipment can be reused right away in the next concrete operation, thus on-site material requirements are significantly reduced.
This aluminium slab formwork is used for various areas of construction (residential houses, office buildings, industrial buildings, etc.) and any height and ceiling thickness can be realized.
