need used xmas bulbs and aluminum tape the parallel circuit is easy just 2 strips of tape on paper and then six small squares of tape to attach the bulbs across them the series circuit you need to make one long strip and fashion that switch out of aluminum(see video) and four separate strips on the leg with the lights spaced close enough to tape the lights between the breaks.

Mike O Hi sir I keep trying to make the sires but it did not work

you have to make sure you have a complete loop for the electrons to flow in a circuit(circle) the lights them selves help complete the circuit across every opening and then on the end I put a switch but you could make it just a permanent connection with the tape but tape it on upside down the glue on the tape wont let the electrons flow. Also make sure all 3 lights work if one is burnt out it breaks the circuit, other than that make sure all your connections and battery is good, good luck let me know
