Весьма и весьма интересное видео. Только при чём здесь трубы? Я увидел профиль, молдин, уголок, но никак не трубы.

Наверное там и трубы таким же образом изготавливают, просто в данное время выдавливали профили, разницы ведь никакой что именно выдавливать, меняй только форму сопла (или как там называется эта штука..).

@@agungpurnomo466 ukuran yg di potong masih berbentuk billet dan ukuran billet harus sesuai dengan panjang puller .dan harus seseuai orderan dies ,, kalo di press ya otomatis panjang biasanya kalo 5 kali potong per 6 meter kalo di potong,, 31.10cm di pulerr atau lebih kurangnya.3kali 4 kali potong 25.10,,3kali potong 19.10 atau 2kali potong bisa jadi 13.10..jadi tergantung ukuran,

무슨 의미로 이런 영상을 올렸는지 , 그의미가 궁금 합니다 . 압출 되어 나오는 알미늄 마다 ----- 이런 알미늄은 주로 어디에 어떤 용도로 사용 되며 , 또 이번 알미늄은 어디 , 어디에 주로 사용 됩니다 하는 써비스 설명이 있었더라면 영상을 보는 사람도 좀더 주의깊게 볼텐데 말입니다 . 다시 설명을 추가한 영상을 올려 주시겠습니까 .

Aluminum extrussion is not simple as you see, there are so many section with different shape, sometimes its need water to cooling the profil, if we dont use water the hrc will get low, but sometimes if we use water, the profil can go wrong, because from the high temperature adn definitely go down it will make the profil broken, i think this company isnt big enough

Once i understood how this technique works. How a press push Aluminium through intern and extern mold and it becomes a shape, that you wouldn’t expect, is produced like that. Thank you for the video and your work!

What is amazing is how hollow aluminum extrusion dies are made. They can't be a simple shape or ot would be a solid piece. The metal goes into the back of the die and then is bridged together coming out the other side forming a hollow shape

А трубы выдавить проблема на том аппарате? Меняй только форму сопла и выдавливай хоть трубы, хоть профили в виде зайчиков, процесс ведь один и тот же.

Интересно, медные трубы прокатывают из кольцевых заготовок, а алюминиевые из сплошных. Я работал в литейке на алюминиевом комбинате, там лили такие цилиндрические отливки. Правда двухметровые, не шестиметровые.

5 tane değişik ürün var ! Ama video başlığında ki, boru nerede ? Ben özellikle alüminyum dan boru ile alakalı zannettim de izledim ?! 👎🏻 boşu boşuna aldanıp boru ne zaman çıkacak diye videoyu sonuna kadar boş boş izledim , boru haber başlığında yanlış mı yazdınız anlamadım ? Boru yuvarlak içinden su veya herhangi bir sıvı geçen veya gaz türünden geçen bir yapıdır! Boru .!!!!!

It´s kind of sad how the only human workers remained are those for the most basic and unskilled jobs in the process. And even those could be replaced by robots if the humans weren´t cheaper. We are not far from times when an entire factory will be like a blackbox with just imputs and outputs and no humans inside.

Fortunately, such a factory is impossible to be built, as there is always a need for a human element to remain on-guard for possible problems in the automation. The more automated it is, the more parts it needs to be maintained to not fail, so there is always a tipping point where automation becomes not profitable enough.

Стыдно смотреть на этот пресс. Даже для съёмок не могли поставить баллон с ацетиленом для смазки слитка. Кевларовое покрытие на роликах давно сгорело. При складировании профиля по нему ходят ногами! Это плохой завод.

Один фиг не понятно как получается такой профиль , что ща чудо машина его делает . А то видно что болванка вошла кудато а потом откуда то вышел профиль...

Что не понятно давят через матрицу под большим давлением . Есть такая штука макароны дома делать по типу мясорубки тут такой же принцип.
