this has great foreboding and seems to be like a quiet before the storm almost making it a type of modern prelude. the development is very gradual which makes the sound much more insistent in its message. the visual is very appropriate. for me it seems to be an excellent musical depiction of time. time with space or maybe even without it.

i think the compression is the best part :) it mostly effects the center and evolves in density. it's shows the digitalization of something raw and human

Hi, hope i can still provide some help here ;) The visuals (i can only talk for raster noton) used to be processed through quartz processors. Its a hard and nerdy thing to do, so since there is software they use programs where they code responses for certain frequencies/harmonics etc. It's not really a "video" for that matter, get yourself some books on the topic. If you're just looking for a cool experimental video - this is not what you want to do. cheers

I'm not entirely sure how exactly you would do this, but it could be done using a custom object for max / jitter receiving midi information from ableton live. You could write the object presumably in processing, or maybe using cinder for c++. I'm afraid that's all the help I can give you though, you're on your own from here. Message me if you make something
