Maya seems surprised by the number of vod watchers. I only watch vods. I'm at work during actual live streams. Granted I watch the vods while at work but I can pause them when I have customers. If I watched it live I'd miss a lot.

I watch vods too (obviously) bc I watch on my iPad and the emotes don’t show up when it’s live. Chat is such an essential part lol

I work graveyard shift so I watch vods while I work since I am asleep when the streams happen. It helps time pass quickly for me!

Your shows make me happy that there are wonderful people out there sharing the value of animal conservation and spreading the education to the world why it's important to study animals and being honest.

im exclusively a vod frog tbh i just like seeing things from beginning to end, and i like pausing and watching something in small bits over a whole day, and i find trying to catch things live stressful

i try to watch streams live when i can, but i watch lots of VODs as well. its nice to be able to pause and come back to them whenever and not miss stuff :)

Maya, I'm feeding blue jays everyday with a secret little place I put unsalted peanuts. A beautiful couple of blue jays, mostly Henrietta, takes them right away.

I hope someone can convey this to Alveus (Maya) re:Ants 🐜 and Foxes 🦊 Diatomaceous Earth and/or Ground Cinnamon are *natural* insecticides, as they are abrasive to their exoskeleton and kills them. (insects, not foxes lol) Diatomaceous Earth is the better choice IMO, as you can get food-grade as well and use it to combat internal nasties in livestock (like worms). So in this way, it doubles as an internal OR external way to combat the unwanted! You can spread it around enclosures to keep, say, ants away. Or, give the animals a dirt bath with it, to kill fleas, mites, ticks _(larva?)._ We used Cinnamon at our log cabin, to combat carpenter ants. Even have one of those old school air pump dry-powder sprayers full of it, to spread it around. _(but I still suggest diatoms, since it's cheaper and more robust)_ ❤👍

I love that you are being transparent b/c young woman being active about their health should be normalized. Most of that age range thinks they should only have health care if something major happens or stds.....no by those times it might be to late. Young adults should look and consider jobs that give better health care, and do that routinely. Pap smears aren't fun, but something one has to do.
