Usually when people are discussing whether aliens exist, they are referring to whether they exist specifically in our universe, not whether they exist anywhere in the wider multiverse. I loved the talk in this video Kripp! But must say, most work on the pyramids wasn't done by slaves though.. Rather by farmers and other agriculture professions. The Nile, only overflows a few times a year, and I made the farmers "lose" their jobs in the periods of dry, it's why they all helped build the pyramids in the mean time.
