@@RUINS1 Haha, yeah. I watched the whole trilogy in two days and that stood out to me as a really big plot hole. I mean... I guess Josh was off to college by Movie 3, but he should have been in Movie 2, at least? And mentioned in the third? (Given that Movie 2 takes off a couple days after Movie 1, it's even weirder that her best pal and neighbor just vanished.) And John Ambrose still was their childhood friend. Ok, they drifted apart, but they sorta reconnected in Movie 2, it would have been more natural if he dropped in for at least 1 scene in this movie. And it was just really weird that there was almost no drama coming from people in the same friend group being in on-and-off relationships. That's the main reason why you shouldn't date inside your circle of close friends. The awkwardness and drama linger forever after a breakup.

I wish the end message was different. In the movie it was: we aren’t like the other couples, so we will stay together! But I wish they kept it the same as the book: we won’t focus on other people’s expectations, and will focus on the now instead of needlessly worrying on the future. But it was refreshing for Peter to be the one to come back to Lara jean

I really didn’t like how Peter failed to compromise for her at all. Not once did he consider going to a school they could both get into and then he goes and breaks her heart because she decided she shouldn’t follow a boy around instead of being happy.
