My friends offered me to setup a meeting with him to talk about business models. Basically he was very open to meeting entrepreneurs as long as you gave him/TDP a % of the profits. After that there would be no obstacles. The Govts before him were corrupt too but it was disorganized and random with everyone setting their own rates and chaos. The Govts later and even TRS followed same mode - it's called pay-to-play.
