Binge watching all your videos again!!! I like to use the Long Champ Le Pliage bag. Great to travel with since it folds. Also gives me a nice purse to carry on non-beach days. I like a small spray bottle with water or facial spray to cool off my face and neck when it gets hot.

Would love to see how to mentally prepare to leave your kids at home. We have always taken ours because I have in my head that they can have experiences that they might not otherwise have because finances would hold them back from going on their own. My sons are 30 and 19 and I usually have them bring a friend with them. I did start this year off with telling them if they wanted to go they would have to save up and pay their way. That way the decision is theirs. For trips I have to have an electronic reader (I love to read and never have the time) for books or magazines and an ear pod for music. I was surprised not to see your little speaker in your bag ;^) Although, on cruises they probably have music playing. I would be interested to see a video on "the cruise experience" sometime. Have never been on one and would love the info. Have fun!

Hi Dawn! You know me so well to notice I didn’t have my little speaker with me! I usually bring that for myself when there’s no sand. My husband has a rugged one he likes to bring that is made for stuff like that. He likes to be the DJ LOL. I completely understand what you’re saying about bringing your kids. That must be hard. I love how you put your foot down this year. I think that will definitely make them want to find a way to make it with you guys on vacation. I definitely want to share my cruise experience. I didn’t particularly love the cruise line I went on it but I absolutely love cruises. I love having the opportunity to see multiple destinations in one trip. And your kids can make payments way in advance if they want to come! Thank you so much for the amazing comment!

Always Lorna Marie What a great idea that they make payments ahead of time. That way they are less likely to spend that money 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 Youngest son saves and stretches a penny. Older son spends down to his last penny 😳 Thank you for that suggestion.

Yes! Lorna, we’re heading to Huntington Beach for a few days and then Disney for a few. We’re bringing our big boys (9 and 6) and leaving our 15mo old with Grandma 😳 starting to worry about leaving him! Anyway, your videos are so relevant. Thanks for the awesome tips!!

⛱⛱⛱I don’t see a beach ball lol but this is as close as a beach I can find. Very cute bag and I like bringing something similar but bigger and I always have sunscreen I’m sooo white skinned so I burn if I don’t have sunscreen. I never knew about the sand and baby powder how does that work? Like put it on you before or after or what? Yes do a video on your mental health I think that it’s a unique different subject and a lot of other moms could relate to. N YES I always got to have my mini fan.. I even busted it out at the club /bar the other week it got sooo hot and I was like nooo.. lol I’m headed to six flags this weekend so I’ll be having my backpack ready. Hopefully you do a vlog!!! Love to see it!!

Gosh I just adore you! You should bring lip balm that has spf in it, protect those bad boys! I find that if you burn aloe Vera is of course amazing to put on your body- if I burn I slather it on and then when it soaks in I do it again and again, it's speeds up the healing process. Also, aloe Vera juice is amazing, take a couple of shots a day everyday that You still have your burn and I find that helps too! You are making me spend wayyyyyyy too much on Amazon! Xo

I am not a big beach goer, I do like to walk and collect shells so I think my favorite item would be a good crossbody type bag to hold the shells. I am a pool/ hot tub lover and my necessities are a hydro flask to keep my drink cold and a killer pair of sunglasses 😎🏐

All your ideas are perfect! I do always bring a large brim hat, make sure I have a hair tie and sunglasses. And also, I’m not always huge on being in the water all the time, but I do like a spray bottle with water if I just want a quick refreshing spray! ⛱🌴⛱🌴🏐🏄‍♂️

🏐🏊🏼‍♀️ OMG your makeup #Flawless I’m so bad I keep it too simple, ever since my all of stuff was stolen at the beach. But I do take a towel and a waterproof pouch that I place around my neck. I put my cell phone, cash and our keys to the hotel. I’m in Chicago and the only time I go to the beach is when I’m on vacation. 🏐🏊🏼‍♀️
