Wait a minute did this woman actually ask me to do her a favor and not called to find out when my freaking power is going to come back on? Hey I have an idea how about fixing your freaking website next time you know a hurricane is on its way! All we want to know is when our power is coming back if you had told me on Monday that I would have to wait until Sunday I would leave this freaking state. This is not the first time centerpoint has done this to us. Every single person has power surrounding us we are in an apartment with almost 3,500 people in the ghetto on bissonnet you think we can afford to go have fancy dinners every night? I'm watching my neighbors suffer because of CenterPoint again not the first time! Should be ashamed of yourselves now asking me not to call you then call me!

Why? She is just a talking head doing her job..The frustration needs to be aimed at the upper executives, upper operations executives and Texas policy makers who gave Centerpoint this power to be a monopoly, not a regular employee who is just doing what she is told

Did she say that they are only planning on getting 700 customers by Sunday? That feels about right. I hope she means 700,000. Even still are they taking Saturday off or something? 400 in one day plus 300 hundred in 2 days?

Yeah....this had happened to a lot of folks. Reason they give is making sure they have enough energy to bring up your surrounding areas. Once those are fixed they can bring everyone up at same time. I'm staying with family whose block does have power...but everyone else surrounding us don't. . I fully expect to lose power here once they start working on our area.
