You helped me (probably even saved me) with this video today, Dave. On the way to work this morning I listened to my daily lesson with you. Lesson 39 My holiness is my salvation. Anyway, I got totally blasted at work, emotionally crushed and confidence trampled. I just wanted to give up. I came home totally depressed and lay in the bath, contemplating going under the water and not coming back up, to be honest, but I was listening to this video and as you said, I’d only have to come back and do it all over again. My Ego is absolutely dancing with glee right now, having proved to me my holiness means nothing if fellow humans can treat me so badly when I’m trying so hard spiritually. The world I have created IS my own hell, just as lesson 39 said it was!!! If you feel spent after 25 years on this path, wtf are we all doing so bloody wrong??? 💔💔💔

i dont feel spent, i have moments of just wanting it to be over… but not really spent. its important too to take 5 when u need to, or 10 etc😂❤

10 years ago I threw the book away because I knew inside I was only trying to better my physical life. The Course was upsetting to me actually. This go round is so different. I am at peace most times and see the egos challenges and I just take them on one at a time. Grievance by grievance, letting it all go. Pretty amazing actually. Your words have made such a difference this time. Thank you. I’m going to send you a donation, I’d like to get a few of those booklets if possible. Peace Ok not sure how to donate. I kept looking for spiritual experiences... i was just looking for proof, i was just looking for something which I could use as a crutch. If you think you understand, you don't. If you dont think you understand, you still may be projecting. There's something about aloofness. How can one be aloof, and yet know that he is aloof? It's so absurd! That's why enlightenment... it goes over everyones head. I dont get it either

Physically I’m with you, relapse and getting back on the saddle. but here’s a perspective that might really push you to give it up Your sperm CREATES LIFE and holds all of your best code, every orgasm you’re releasing all that energy and drawing your best code to make MORE to catch up on that release(s) Can you imagine or see what that’s doing to your cells and body and consciousness It lowers you not in the sense of morals or vibrations, but is a literal waste of LIFE FORCE it can be hard but now you see the lengths our body will go to for that pleasure even at the expense of itself Hope this helps, Love

Also it won’t cause “bad things to happen” in a sense. you fall back into deep physicality and that comes with all the ego (especially porn) and then you’ll get “the bad stuff”. it all starts with discipline (mind/body/ego/spirit) but ends with you not even wanting these things anyways

Try to remember that the Holy Spirit has got your back❤ those things that are of the flesh , they will pass away in due course, don’t worry about them… You will probably be old and grey of the vessel😂, in the meantime do the best with what you have and train your mind to be peaceful, including accepting of the body and the temptations to use it lovelessly… Remember bringing your mind to peace through total acceptance of the denial /reflection etc, is your goal, not the control of physical impulses That will happen by itself according to divine will
