First off congrats again!! Super excited for you. I just got married a few weeks ago! I planned my wedding and it's definitely do-able. My mother and stepmother were absolutely amazing so I wasn't completely alone. I had a day of coordinator which was amazing. We had a smaller wedding which was super nice. Do what you wanna do! It's your day enjoy it and have fun!

I’m so happy for you!!! I’m engaged too!! 😆 and there is definitely a difference when you’re engaged, you have an extra spiritual protection and when you’re in public others notice it! It also keeps the little boys away. Also yes these wedding venues are ridiculous 😭😭 but I found that it’s easier to find a center, or a recreation, hotel event rooms, and museums or if you’re an outside under a tent girl then the park is for you. But you may want to do the decorations yourself or find a package deal but no add ons because those are the worst!! As for me also I’m definitely taking his last name 🥰

I changed my name as soon as we got back from the honeymoon lol. The 1st year of marriage really wasn’t hard. It is hard meshing all your stuff together in one place though (he moved into my townhouse but we bought a home and moved about a year & a half later). I enjoyed planning my wedding, it was a lot of fun! Enjoy this season of life!
