Never did I ever think that I would get rid of my pink hair to start a journey of going back to my natural hair colour & way of being just 6 months ago…
Being loved so deeply & authentically does amazing things for us. I’m so grateful for the divine union I’m experiencing where I’m seen & fully appreciated for my natural essence & way of being.
My choice to start my journey towards non-toxic living was the catalyst.
The last time I bleached my hair it hurt like it never had done before; it’s phenomenal how quickly our body recovers and turns back on once we stop filling it with toxicities.
I’ve learned to listen to my body and the messages it gives me, so I decided it was time for a reset.
This decision has brought around a whirlwind of emotions and reflections from my past and current self, yet it’s not something I’ll go into here bc I explained it in a recent video I posted that you’re welcome to go watch.
The point of it all? For us to grow, ascend & expand to next levels we must let go of certain aspects in our lives, including the old parts of ourselves that have had us feeling safe.
It’s hard. It’s scary. It’s heartbreaking at times. Yet it’s necessary to ensure space is created for what we desire to call in.
And strength? That’s built when we choose to be brave and do the hard things.
We move through. We overcome. We rise.
Always.
