My heart is well as I sit in my living room, sipping a coffee and listening to the calming and soothing voice of the great traveller, Doug. I am reflecting to myself as I watch another video, how excellent Doug's style of travel channel is. The long conversations are a real treat I can tell you. Perhaps the reason why the long conversation is even more meaningful and enjoyable, is because Doug, you are always on the move. It is as if the enjoyment of listening to your long stories and commentary is only superceded by watching you cycle along the road of exotic Sumatra (currently). And so we have the best of both worlds. A long-form podcast-style travel channel, with almost real time travel happenings and incidents (flips taken by accident, no hotel but a tour company lobby). New highway from Pekanbaru to Padang is under construction, the trucks are delivering materials for that works. I suppose the ride would be nicer when it is completed.

You don't wear a hat in that sun ? Rear view mirror is very essential. I have mostly only used right view mirrors.
