That house is amazing! The cigar room is awesome. I would love to sit up there and relax in the winter with my cigars and buddies. I love the glass floor, especially since my wife is afraid of heights and would never come up there.Props to your folks for living the dream. Life is what you make it.

You can purchase 3m product that reduces the heat from the sun that cooks the windows. It's like a clear window tint. I got it for my family room since I have large windows, and they face south in the Arizona heat.

@@AM2PMReviews if you go to the automotive window tinters, ask them about ceramic tints. Some have a tint, some are completely clear but they do make a difference in how much heat actually passes through the window. Truth be told, I cover all the glass on my humidor because I don't even like the light to slowly bleach my cigars.

My Suggestion for the heat would get the heat reflective tint. You would install in cars. They make a clear that just blocks heat

oh yeah i will let him know. all the heat in the house rises up there too so its basically impossible to cool at the level we need since it completely shut off from the rest of the house.

yeah we have whiskey on the side area with the shelves and we would drink there too at night and watch the boats. I would go to the top above and walk around too but mike didn't like the wind out there.

Curious of the CFM of the exhaust. One air change every minute is a bit extreme. With a room that size it would take an estimated 2000 cfm fans to accomplish that.

yeah we close the door and then turn it on low if it is just two people. The room is small. Around 10x10 I think.

Michael has not changed his humidor. I think he doesn't mind moving it. He just doesn't trust the wineadors because he doesn't want them to leak. I know mine have never leaked so I don't know what he is talking about.

he just told me it is an attic fan. Then he cut a hole in the wall for the air replacement. Did you see the first video on it? Part 1? you can see the the air intake. It really doesn't matter the fan, it is just an attic fan he said.

Nick DeGilormo there is only one vent so it really is hard to cool. It has so many windows that it is always warm like a green house.

RIGHT!!! I would have made that at a lower level, not too many windows, and made it like a humidor cigar shop. That way the room can stay constant. It might cost to maintain it but it would be worth LOL....but what do I know, that lounge is about the size of my house now so LOL....my lounge is my vehicle

@@AM2PMReviews my humidor is in a outside storage in Miami fl the storage get 80 F sometimes yet my humidor keeps my cigars at 65 percent

Hi Gordon. Nice to meet you. This wasn't vulgar. This was their house. We loved their house too. They sold it and now have two homes. Smaller for retirement and now they can snow-bird to see us. Ironically with the market sky-rocketing, they actually paid almost the same for their tiny new homes than this one. Market timing is everything. It is a cool house though!
