Today I have shared the recipe of Bottle gourd Paratha, which is also known as Lauki Ka Paratha or Dudhi Na Thepla. It is the traditional Gujarati recipe which we can make within 20 minutes and store up to 3-4 days so we can make it for travelling snacks, breakfast or dinner. Ingredients - (સામગ્રી)
For Prepare 15 Medium Size Thepla (૧૫ નંગ દૂધીનાં થેપલા બનાવવા માટે)
250 grams Bottle gourd/Lauki (દૂધી)
250 grams Wheat Flour (ઘઉંનો ઝીણો લોટ)
As per taste Salt (મીઠું)
2 tsp Sugar (ખાંડ)
1 tsp Carom Seeds/Ajwain (અજમો)
1/4 tsp Asafoetida/Hing (હિંગ)
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (હળદર પાવડર)
2 tsp Red Chilli Powder (લાલ મરચું પાવડર)
1 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder (ધાણાજીરું પાવડર)
3 tsp Ginger Chilli Paste (આદુ મરચાની પેસ્ટ)
3 tbsp Sesame Seeds (સફેદ તલ)
4 tbsp Oil (For Moyan) (મોણ માટે તેલ)
As required Water (For knead the dough) (લોટ બાંધવા માટે પાણી)
As required Wheat Flour (For Coat on dough balls) (અટામણ માટે ઘઉંનો લોટ)
As required Oil (For Roast the Thepla) (થેપલા શેકવા માટે તેલ)
Serve it as a snacks with Pickle/Curd/Chutney/Tea (સર્વ કરવા માટે અથાણું/દહીં/ચટણી/ચા)
