In this video we take a complex blank and make a complex part out of it, using a variety of different bends using different tooling. You'll get a good view of the three-fingered backgauge at work here, moving automatically to set up the next bend. Additionally, the Bi-S II is used to create the perfect angles, using the material's springback and fine bend motion control.
