this video was soooo good and I'm happy that you seem to feel better and happier (refering to your other videos). I just wanted to tell you that what you were describing (being hard on yourself, being uninspired etc) was how I felt when I was on birth Control pills. Once I stopped taking those I felt like myself again! It's None of my business what you are taking but I thought I would share. ❤
