most people seem to say topsoul is easier but i'm the same as you, i find sweaty one of the easiest grinds to lock. it's usually one of the first grinds i do at a new spot along with farv and soul.

This is my most intimidating trick to try. Overshoot that topside foot and there’s little you can do to save your bail. At least with a fishbrain you can drop you other foot down.

It depends what your doing the top soul on coping or ledge with coping just go at It at an angle and just kinda before you get to to top and you'll lock everytime just don't hesatate

If u want just simply jump high then just charge a little jump the higher u can and pull up the legs to your body. If u can do this it will be easier for u to grab.

A good way to start out is by stepping up on your back leg first... Just make sure the ledge, or rail isn't overly waxed.

The same thing happened to me! I was skating a curb and when i stepped on i just stopped. I broke my nose.

Doing this on a coping is no problem for me now. But...I tried to do this on a ledge last weekend...All I can say is ouch.

0:16 step-on, 0:20 step-on, 0:30 step-on, 0:33 step-on, 0:38 step-on, 0:40 step-on, 0:42 step-on, 0:45 step-on, 0:47 step-on, 0:50 step-on, 0:53 step-on, 0:57 step-on and 1:03 ..........step-on, simple mistakes but we can't all be decent bladers, maybe you can be the ledge waxer, Thanks Jackie Chan

I prefer kyle nolte trick tips that explains step by step how to start and not try tricks like this super fast and without further explanation that you can see at any skatepark
