Same with eSaral, commerce baba. They may be good teachers but they just get on youtube and make claims instead of thinking what is wrong with their for the teachers to leave.

The thing is that few of the employees didn't complete their agreements and left without prior notice. Breaking the agreement is a bad thing specially in educational stuff because you gotta find new teachers and tell plus train them what to do... So that is thr lose of companies or institutions.
