i know i'm kinda late, but if i remember correctly, the story goes that Sam Colton (father/ WOOLY) got with the company to make Amanda a real thing, Rebecca (adopted daughter/ AMANDA), the tape with Rebecca in that room, she was getting tested but i believe that it was her agreeing to something, later on Rebecca acted so mean, that's not really her because she was nice, after being adopted she seen the light in everything. She was talking to the demon deep within the tapes, after that the company killed her, and her soul was stuck in Amanda (hints what happened when u left and was stuck in the "game"). Same thing happened to Sam, they killed him and now he's Wooly. Trying his best to calm down his daughter, so the demon doesn't escape. I don't really remember much, but that's what I heard!

I hope they come out with, like... a sixth tape of bloopers. Like, animated bloopers of the characters. 38:50-38:55 Damn - these singers are really *dead* at what they do.
