i love how flunky and fun the January setup is! in my opinion, i love this the setup so much more than the others! it's simple and yet so creative!

I'm proud of myself for actually completed a FULL year of bullet journalling, with help! My 3rd year using a ARL journal, but 1st year I made myself and my journaling enough of a priority that I colored every page, kept track of my habits every month and made notes about a look back at my week every week, and I LOVE how a little artistic time to myself keeps me organized and gives me zen, while also creating a keepsake I can look back through someday

i think one thing i’m proud of this year is the fact that i managed to successfully do a summer programme completely on my own in korea this year from june-july ! it may not seem like much to most people but to me it was a huge risk considering i have a physical disability with a rare bone disease which makes me a full time wc user and have lived my whole life with people telling me what i can and cant do, kind of isolating me from the world not letting me do anything, so for me to simply not listen to anyone and just pack up and leave completely on my own to study in a whole different country and navigate the city all on my own and do my daily tasks on my own to the best of my abilities is such a huge step? i spent hours and hours researching into every little detail about the country creating absurd scenarios in my head like if this bad thing happens what shoudl i do to solve it when im all alone , all the documents that i need, figuring out how travel works etc etc. all that research really paid off because i had the best month of my entire life! ofcourse it was terrifying at first because ive never been alone in a country ive always lived in let alone a whole other country and im also only 19 and i really really hate change especially subtle change i struggle with it alot.. but i did it ! im the kind of person who likes consistency and everything to be perfect and usually i dont like to take risks let alone a big one. i really dont know how i did this and how i managed to memorise essential phrases and vocab in such short amount of time and how i just went through the month and all the preparation but im really proud of myself. 8 year old me used to dream of having a dorm experience and having independence but always thought it was never possible but i made that possible? thats so crazy 😭 im really proud of myself for a bunch of other changes ive been through and it’s so difficult for me to even say that im proud and it took everything in me not to type synonyms of the word ‘proud’ because i really struggle with complimenting myself and acknowledging my achievements but im doing it now so i guess thats another thing to be proud of 😭 (ig: illy_not_lilly)

Love the Funky Themed Bullet Journal so much, especially the coloring of the paint too.

i really like the idea of writing a sentence a day as part of the mood tracker! when looking back i can usually infer where the mood came from by looking at the day's events and tasks, but i can't always tell if a bad mood came from something specific happening or from me feeling ill, for example, so a sentence or even just a word for each day is something that i think i will incorporate into my tracker next year!

proud of my commitment to daily journaling throughout this year! looking forward to documenting more memories next year!

I've been trying to journal for YEARS. Last year I finally bought a notebook and even made a few spreads but then forgot about it. It's time to try again, I hope I'll make it for at least a couple months lol

Oh I love headspace! I think it’s so very expensive but I’ve had a subscription with them for like 4 years. I started using the app at my therapist’s recommendation to help me work through depression and anxiety and it really does help.

I just started my first full-time job last week so next year will be quite the change 🥺 I hope to travel to a new country now that I'm able to choose my off days 🥰 So excited to start on my new doodle planner next week 😍
