现在正是螃蟹膏黄饱满的时候,很适合做熟 醉蟹。不过这次我用果香馥郁、酸甜清爽的白葡萄 酒代替了传统熟醉蟹中的黄酒,味道更清新,蟹的鲜甜和酒味相得益彰,仔细品尝,还有细腻的回甘和酒香,风味很不一样,做法也特别简单,大家赶紧买蟹来做做看吧~
