I am still using one as my primary phone LAVA Flip for past few years! It’s purely made in 🇮🇳 India product. Battery backup is also good with almost 3 days with average uses. Only thing not required is a sub standard camera and multimedia features. Make these phone more basic which will help senior citizen as well.

Your videos are usually pretty practical but you left out a numerous things in the video which would help the buyer make his decision 1. Does it have sd card slot ? Can it be used as a portable mp3 player for gym 2. Does 4g support volte i.e jio sims and other with voice over lte 3. Does it have a torch? I'm it does bec i can see a flash beside the camera but a confirmation would be nice since it helps feature phone buyers 4. Headphone connectivity via 3.5mm jack/sound quality/bluetooth 5. Can it side load apps like other nokia feature phones from nokia store like whatsapp. Typing would be irritating on it but it can ofc show messages 6. Outer screen info and call info and what can the outer screen do?

If this would have- 1) Kai OS, that would unlock way more functionality, like whatsapp and youtube. 2) Bigger battery 3) Lesser price 4) Maybe better camera I would go right now and buy this as a secondary phone. However, I think there will be better flipphones in future.

Nostalgia also brings back the pathetic services from Nokia, I am super hyped for this phone but at the same time I keep myself reminding of the horrible experiences I had with their service centers, and the vow I took never to own a Nokia ever, gonna stick to that!

Service centers of all companies are horrible. I faced horrible service support at Samsung too.. they destroyed my phone. Truth is never visit your service center to repair your phone. Simply sell it off and buy a new one.😊

It may sound rude, but beleive me I'm polite. ...it is a feature phone! right? They say reviewers themselves and don't know anything other than reading specifications. Bumping the camera does not give better photos. Megapixels are bounded by the screen size and ppi. If the screen doesn't have enough pixels to light then what's the need for extra pixels to capture, obviously this higher resolution will bring compression overhead to show the photo on less pixels of the phone screen and in the end, does it worth? NO higher resolution is for big displays with greater ppi and for printing purposes that's why a camera has low resolution previewer but high resolution photos because the photo taken on the camera doesn't stays in the camera but a feature phone or any smartphone photo stays there and you see them in the same device most of the time. This is why budget phones having higher numbers doesn't compete with flagships with comparatively lower numbers because they adjust every aspect accordingly to max-out the capabilities of hardwares. Budget phones bump the numbers of few noticable hardwares to grab more buyers, higher numbers also help them in online sales.

This phone is obviously designed for old people who need large screen, big buttons, high sound, SOS button. So i guess Camera , Apps and stuff doesn't make much difference. Its clearly designed for people who need a phone only for talking (why else would they say compatible with hearing aid in the box 😂)

The market and target group of both are very, very different. One has fold-screen tech, other is just a flip. One is priced at INR 85-90K, the other is 5K. Nokia 2660 flip is for senior folk (60+ age group) and nostalgic nokia fans like me :D

Bro sabse important call quality hai. Jaise remote location me iska network connection kaisa hai. Font sizekaisa hai. Sunlight mein brightness kaisi hai ? Kiya elder person ke like suitable hai? Not having an Android OS is a dealbreaker. As having no android means that there are a lot of important apps that will be missing from the phone such as WhatsApp, UPI apps and an online music streaming app.
