XOKree wow! You do know that there is a such thing as water poisoning right? Just be careful drinking all of that water and the time span in which u do it. But I barely drink 4 cups of water a day along w/coconut water and other fluids. But strictly water...just about 4 cups a day. I'm tryna get up to between 7 & 8 cups per day. Surprisingly my skin is clear for the most part except I have some minor hyper pigmentation here and there. A few dark spots. I don't think that it's nothing a little vitamin C cream, or kojie san soap can't cure. Also my diet is more fish, poultry, bean, & plant based than starchy and meat based. That helps I'm sure. Good luck w/ur skin care journey. 🤞🏽😊

Facts! I stopped believing people who preach "omg I drink lots of waterrrrrrrrrrrr 💁🏼‍♀️" a long time ago because I realized they're full of shit. Like girl shut up. Drinking water is obviously good for you but it won't eliminate harsh skin conditions such as texture, blemishes, hyperpigmentation etc. In order for these conditions to be fixed, for those of us who have very stubborn skin, we need industrial grade treatment by the licensed bitches with certifications. Period. Now I invest in chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, different facials etc. and they serve me what I need. Over the counter is for the birds at this point.

Turmeric Face Mask. Look it up on here. It's a godsend. But you have to be consistent.
