As far as I can tell they're all playing and singing live, there are some recorded harmonizing voices, Elize records several voice tracks in their albums and it's impossible to reproduce them 100% live.

Lol, you can clearly hear they sing and play it live xD whoever says it's playback need to check with a doctor...

Maybe listen to the studio version of the songs, you should notice the differences immediately.

There's nothing wrong with the performance. Initially I thought the same as you but I think it's just the soundengineers at Dreamhack having a rough day at work. Crank the volume way up and they sound great!

because it is from the soundboard and raw sound , but live it sounds way differently , it's often the case for the likes of Wacken shows for exemple , channeling is different

His solos live not as good live lethargic , he does not play them like the album. Great player just not the same live.

The mix wasn't setup for us watching through a device. It sounds way better in person.

Its electronicore, not exactly metal as such. but yes, its abit off the nodes, cant deny. its not easy to sing live let alone this kind of music, i do think they should work more on the live part. not that it makes any difference to me, still fucking hardcore arrangements regardless of the sound. at least its not playback

btw have you ever heard socalled 'pro' performers sing live? lets take madonna as an example, she deserve it with that attitude. shes terrible live i miss joacim no offense to anyone
