Love both bands. The new Battle Beast album "Circus of Doom" album dropped in January, and there are SEVERAL great tunes. "Master of Illusion", and "Eye of the Storm" are both amazing tracks. Also, check out Noora's solo album, "The Noora Louhimo Experience", which dropped mid 2021. That whole disc is AMAZING. It really shows off just how amazing and versatile Noora is as a performer.

I love this song. ❤ Elize and Noora had a chat on Elize's Instagram yesterday (Sunday; the video on her IGTV now), and they talked about what the song means to them. Amaranthe have said earlier that the song is about the duality of being human, and in the live chat Elize and Noora both said that the song is a really personal one for both of them. They also talked about different types of strength, and that one sign of strength is being able to recognize when you've made mistakes and that your life isn't/won't always be perfect, and being brave enough to show your true emotions and use them in a positive way. It was really nice to hear. Also, one of my favourite Battle Beast songs is "Touch In The Night". It has a very 80s power metal sound, at least to me.

A number of people seem to be disappointed that Noora did not use her signature style of singing. And you were correct that the voice that reached that high note was Noora´s. Elize´s voice is not that warm up there. But that keyboard melody is really nice. Kamelot released the official live video "Under Grey Skies" with Charlotte from Delain. But what I did not expect to recieve as a suggestion was a new single for Leaves´ Eyes, which is a band in which Elina Siirala (a second cousin to Tuomas from Nightwish) sings.

Except that Noora's "signature style" (AKA the Battle Bitch Scream) is not her true natural style. Check her interviews about origins and background. Metal (the scream) was something she'd never done until Battle Beast invited her, based on seeing her cover Joplin on KZfaq if I'm not mistaken. She's far more versed in soul and blues, and her later material with BB starts to show it. This style she shows here is the REAL Noora, not the "Battle Bitch" Noora (which she created as a stage persona, make-up, costume, etc.). I'm looking forward to her solo album.

Another awesome reaction! This is probably the most beautiful Amaranthe video I've seen to date. Elize redeems all metal points she might have lost with the catsuit with gorgeous bloody thorn crown. And I still think the catsuit is pretty metal. It would be awesome if you could react to "One More Day" by The Anchor in the future!

Elize sings, "I know I'm not perfect in any way".... Well🤔..seems pretty perfect to me😍..😂 the more I hear her singing, the more I fall in love to her😅 Great song in every way🤘 Btw☝️!! My favourite song from Battle beast is "Into the heart of danger"🤘🤘... It's not as poppy as these new songs from two latest albums!! Only problem that you can't find any music videos with it but definetily worth to check😉

Like a two guitar harmony (e.g. Lovebites) they are so well matched, but you can still distinguish between them. October had better flippin' well hurry up, so I can play the album. 🤦 And lovely as she looks in that red PVC, I bet it was a bit sweaty. 😰 I think the point they're trying to make is that no-one is all good or bad (OK, there are some obvious exceptions on the bad side). 💜😘

I recently ranked all the songs from Amaranthe new album Manifest. And this song ranked to me as the number one. Do or Die with Angela Gossow bonus track draw very close. I think this song has the best vocals in the album, both from Elize and Noora, and listening it a few times has just lifted it higher and higher. I read some disapointed comments from Amaranthe fans coz their male vocalists didn't appear in this: according to ELize the guys thought this should be her song alone, they didn't find a role in the song for them. So Elize asked Noora to feature, as they had discussed they wanted to do a song together. So the guys excused themselves, no-one was replaced. And then fans of Noora also EVERY TIME expect her to go real raspy and do screaming. And if she doesn't, those get disapointed. I'm not disapointed at all. I love her clean vocals too, and in this song as well.

I am a fan of Amaranthe and have all their albums so far and I listened to this yesterday... Well... I am not happy at all with the direction any of the new singles have gone in from this new upcoming album... They seem to be really under-utilizing the 2 male singers they have. I want to hear the 3 of them sing together... I don't want it to be just the Elize show. Not a fan of this... The lyrics in my opinion were weak too... Any main stream pop artist...like Christina Aguilera could have sung this... I don't know... I might end up skipping this album, i will wait and see to hear more. Maybe they are releasing more "poppy/mainstream" sounding songs as singles and the rest of the album is heavier. But yeah, glad you liked it a lot though, Tauri. This one just isn't for me... Disappointed. Oh well.. Take care... See ya next vid! :) \m/\m/

Well🤔, there will be 14 songs in the album so I think there will be plenty of songs with all of them too😉.. I personally think, it's great that all these bands do these cooperations nowadays. I understand your point too but don't give up hope just yet😂

I listened an interview in KaaosTV Elize told Amaranthe guys didn't find a role for them in this song, and thought this should be Elize's solo song. They excused themselves, no-one was replaced. So Elize thought she invites Noora, as they had discussed it would be nice to do a song together. Also, there is this other version in the album of Do or Die with no ELize and Angela.

@@Aurinkohirvi Gotcha. Thanks for the info. I am all for them making whatever decisions they want for their sound. There are just some decisions I wouldn't necessarily like. I'm just personally not a fan of when they have songs without the guys singing along with Elize. That is just me. :)
