Just because you wrap something like a Momo.... Doesn't make it a Momo..... This is one of the most senseless dishes I have seen..... He basically stuffed 4 standard chinesse dishes together in a maida wrap and steamed it..... Now the customer has to unwrap the cover and eat the mush inside
