Bihar is the most underrated state of India after the eastern India ... I have met so many bihari people and all have some talent in them... very hard working and lovable.... but this condition of bihar is all due to the less education and the dirty politics.

Atleast food bloggers should know something about food, cuisines, taste , food history and then only they should start this job. This is not litti. It is kachori and sabji which you will get all over bihar and jharkhand. In UP also, kachori sabji is famous, just stuffing changes there from sattu to moong daal or something else. Please take your job seriously, learn about cuisines and then do blogging.
