Sort of. It was a project that never met completion but I think they are starting up again? Not sure. It's on the border of Norrbotten and Västerbotten in northern Sweden.

This was a planned tourist attraction in northern Sweden, a giant building in the form of a moose, it wasn't built however, this was around, late 2000s early 2010s
