Күн бұрынI should have mentioned this but anyway.. Rear view mirrors are taped off on events. I only found out about all the action behind me when I looked at the 360 footage.. My narration was to add a dramatic fictional storyline element to the video and its purely to keep things engaging and dramatic so don't think I was really blocking anyone from getting through. Off-camera, I know most of these guys... title / thumb are for attention only! (It got you here, right? lol) That said... On a scale of 10-12, how bad was my narration? 😁 LEAVE A COMMENT!!
Description: WOW!! I bit most of my nails off just making this video! 😁😂 I have NEVER gone this fast before on a motorcycle around a racetrack and I've done quite a lot of track days. Try to keep start and hold throttle going into turn. I can remember how it feels having the confidence in yourself and the dang tires! 😆 you just gotta trust. It's exciting footage for sure. Thanks for sharing and it's nice to see your confidence building.

Thanks! Check out my BT lap with my RSV4.. way faster than on the R6 (on track bike makes little difference unless you’re pro.. but for us amateurs all about skill)

At 1:13 was a blue R6. Not a 1000

Yea, I realized that later... Having just gone out on the track, I was warming up the tires so if this was later in the video when the pace was super fast, I don't think they would have passed me like that.

I believe it… EU produces lots of great riders. Most MotoGP / WSBK guys are from there.

@@PetroHead funny like a comedy because you call yourself a novice but try to stay ahead of pros. I don't do track myself so can't judge, but if I were you I would rather work out my sitting position and leaning more on turns instead of speeding. So every time you say: No way, you won't pass me, that is fun for me to hear :) Even though its interesting to watch till like minute 3, because its a 100% track experience you are sharing here and its cool to know.

Have you hit 160 mph on your r6 I have the exact same one and I got it up to 154 but I’m completely stock and weight 170

I saw that one that video was sick that was actually my exact top speed to until last weekend I hit 154 my bike really gives out after 150 does yours keep pulling after 150 but it gets to 150 so really fast

@@PetroHead like you said it was fiction and you made it dramatic. Honestly it just made it corny. Also people who don’t realise your joking will think your being an idiot trying to race and block people on a track day. If your riding in the fast group now and you want to add narration why don’t you talk about your lines or throttle control or something

@@jimbo1485 Thanks bro... between me and you, I put myself under a lot of pressure to create content and do it quickly... 3 episodes a week is a lot and editing takes about 3-6 hours per episode not including everything that goes into it. I think if I had more time to plan, I would have done this one a bit different but all good... so long as people realize that track events do not allow rear view mirrors and 99% of the time, you have no idea whats going on behind you... The only way to tell is when you get home and look at footage if you had a camera... honestly, the only time I knew someone was behind me is when that 2020 R6 passed me... then it was game on cuz I followed him like a hawk just to learn from him and then as a result, I beat my lap time.. I hope to bump into him again. @motojims on IG.
