I’ve written about 80 songs and I can notice that the more I write the better they get, they are more effortless, and the quicker I began writing them.. it’s crazy. I’m about to produce my own album! Wish me luck!

i've been struggling with songwriting for a while now, it even makes it more complicated that my first language isn't english therefore i don't know so many words😂 i'm really thankful for this video!!

I used to write songs coz its how I express myself about everything I feel bout the world haha im not comfortable talking too much with someone specially bout myself...this video will help a lot of beginners ,this is how I write my songs, youre right its easier for me to figure out melody first before lyrics ,and it feels like lyrics comes out naturally when the melody is already there coz my melody is based on what I feel or what I want someone to feel about the lyrics of the song. and yes dont forget to record or write it down haha love u Zane :)

At the moment I'm working on my first song, it's called 'autumn leaves'. I looked up free beats on youtube and found one that was free for profit. I was shocked because the beat is too good to be free. At the moment I'm working out the melody. As soon as I turned on the track I imediately came up with the chorus melody.

Normally, If I can't come up with a rhyme, I just look for words that rhyme with the word I have in mind, but I think it kills the inspiration, so thanks for this video, I look forward to using this methods🙃

I don't read poems, but I sing Hamilton every day 😅 😂 And Hamilton rhymes, so does that count? The thing is, I don't actively think of the rhyme word, I just have the songs memorized so I already know what the word is. I think it would be better if I actually have to think up a bunch of words that rhyme
