@@ruvensaravanan2136 I don’t compare it to another device so I can’t share with you from my experience. However, according to some other testing videos, the heart rate accuracy of Amazfits’ watches seem to be less accurate than Apple Watch or Garmin. For the record, that’s what I know from the others not from my experience.

Was a Fitbit guy for years and got fed up. No way was I going to Apple watch. (not a hater: I have iphones and Ipads) And the one google was forcing me to (pepple) would not work for me. Tried a couple of those cheap Chinese watches but one broke after 3 weeks and neither, curiously knew how to count steps. Customer service told me to move my arms more. But Amazfit was always there in the background getting for the most part very, very, respectable reviews. So I pulled the trigger on the GTR mini. Just couldn't risk spending 200 bucks on a maybe. Well the mini is awesome and I too was blown away by the comprehensive features. The reminders while you work out, the wake up summary, and the app even has a customer feedback page built in. After your excellent review I'm tempted to return mine and upgrade immediately. But no need to tempt fate or Karma.

You will only end up with bit more battery. Save for now and upgrade in 1year for something even better for the same money!!!

Only drawback i see on this watch is that it’s sensors are not that much precise but ok for that price and battery i could live with that

Thanks for great review and so much advice ! 🏆 I know that I probably boring you, but I have not anybody to ask - just one question (maybe I miss this information) - when I receive notification on Whats up, (I know that I cant to reply), but, can I hear the voice msg via speaker that msg ? I got the fossil Gen 6 its my 2nd ever smart watch my 1st was the motorola 360. I guess you can say i have a style anyway its time for me to switch my style the weight its ridiculous

I used GTR I and I loved It. This Year I bought the GTR 4. The battery life, the huge screen, his elegance, the charging time its like if it had Quick Charge, a Lot of watch faces, the screen its so resistant at scratches 🤷🏻‍♂️ Alexa 💪🏻 get calls, make them, respond messages but not in full mode, But it can. This device for the price is a Most buy. I don't know but his step counter is more accurate than Samsung, but not the GPS that does his job. Every decice has his Cons and Pros, this Amazfit device have More Pros than cons, its very light. I went back to Samsung 4 Classic 46mm LTE. 16 days of usage Jesus Christ... in only watchmode I dont fricking know.

I ve had a GTR2 New, I liked everything except the slow raise to wake-up of the screen, I decided to change it to a GTR4, I looked in the store, the same, the screen wakes up for ages, when you raise your hand you look at it like an idiot, switching is sensitive/normal, reset to factory or change dial, does not change anything... P.S. And they periodically stop syncing with the phone, and you need to do it manually.

I think if you have the extra bucks go for huawei and can only pair to android. But the sensors of gtr 4 are good enough but not that very good maybe because of its price.. As most of the smartwatch reviewer is saying, these are not medical devices but the figures in the sensors can be used for reference.

I'm still with my GTR 1 😂 Mabye this will be funny to all of you but this watch has already more than enogh for me Every added thing after is good, but for me I think most of people at the end of the day want use 80% of those things It's cool if you really want it But for me I like it simple and doing it's job

Always on display works well but does take a hit to the battery.. the ticwatch saves more battery because of its battery saving secondary display

Things that sold me on this watch, are its beautiful design imo, amazing battery life and the fact that it works with both android and ios cos apple and samsung are both crazy if they think they can lock me into either ecosystem just to use their smartwatches. I routinely switch between android and iphones for periods at a time and I plan on keeping it that way. Samsung had me for a while cos past galaxy watches worked well enough with iphones as well but now they’re on the same bs that the apple watch is on I had to switch.😅

It feels pretty solid. Got mine in today. I’ve got the sport strap, and even that isn’t really cheaped out on. Fits my smaller wrist size, and the small Velcro squares grip pretty well to keep it tight for the heart rate monitor. I can’t say it’s accuracy, but I will be using it in a general sense to see if my resting HR goes down or up as I “get more fit”.

The 14 day battery life is without all the sensors on too. I’m sure it’ll still be more than a couple days though. I’ll update when it dies after the first full charge

All of the things that you've said about the watch are true. However, one very important aspect that you omitted was the accuracy of the sensors, which are the lowest of most of its competitors. When compared to other devices like the Whoop and Oura, (not to mention very high end devices from Huawei and Apple), the Amazfit GTR 4 falls way short in accuracy when worn at the same time as other devices and comparing the gathered statistics. Does it have a ton of functions? Yes. Does it look good? Yes. Is the software good? Yes. Is it inexpensive? HELL YES!! But if accurate health monitoring is high on your level of importance, there are other options that perform way better than the Amazfit GTR 4.

Agreed with this. Been using this watch for about a year. The only ONLY thing I am disappointed about is the sensor accuracy. I kept getting sudden spikes of high HR and low HR alerts it's frightening.

i still got trex and gtr im thinking of buying galaxy watch 4 classic since it has ekg and samsung pay. but since you said i need to reset the watch everytime i switch phones. im a bit concered cause i got 3 phones its kinda bothering that need to reset reinstall the watch

Everyone who raves about the GTR4 just raves about the big battery. It does a horrible job of keeping track of fitness metrics. The steps are all over the place, it has no clue when or how I am sleeping, pulse is sketchy and not real time, and the PAI's make no sense. A 3 mile treadmill run might send the PAI's through the roof but an extreme, 18 mile mountain ride will barely budge them. I could go on, but this thing is a complete failure as a fitness tracker. Btw lots of expensive watch also don't give accurate HR and sleep tracking btw. Even Fitbit only good is at sleep tracking. Otherwise SO so. The only good overall was apple watch. And I use android.
