I've literally just purchased the Amazfit t Rex last night! . This will be my first smartwatch, after owning several g shock watches, decided to jump on the smartwatch band wagon.. wanted something rugged with a OLED display and a good battery life, nearly bought the Huawei gt 2e , but it lacked the toughness of the T Rex .if I like this watch then I may upgrade to the T Rex 2 in the near future.

Love my t rex not pro version. Battery ussualy lasts 30-40 days. Less if bluetooth used for getting gps data.

T-Rex is less expensive. T-Rex is probably good for you unless you need worldwide satellite, deeper water resistance, or more than 14 sport tracking modes. T-Rex Pro has over 100 fitness tracking modes, T-Rex only has 14. T-Rex Pro has more sleep tracking metrics. T-Rex Pro has a barometric altimeter, T-Rex does not. T-Rex Pro has 2 additional navigation systems (Galileo + BeiDou) that are better for worldwide coverage. T-Rex Pro has deeper waterproofing.

Ιm searching for a watch for every day and milatary use. T rex Pro or Garmin instinct?

They both have military grade durability, but the Garmin is stronger. The T-Rex has a better battery life. But aside from that, you should probably go with the Garmin Instinct because it has different variants, more water resistance, and more features overall. Have you considered a G-Shock? just bought mine (TREX) a few days ago. As an entry smartwatch I love it. Yes It can always be better...just like phone or a car. But Im just a regular guy. I am not planning antarctic mission or multiple days of wilderness running.
