Most of us first learnt about Thebe Ikalafeng in the Felicia Mabuza- Subtle show era. I hope the young ladies know what a powerhouse he is. Thebe Ikalafeng and Happy Ntshingila broke down every imaginable barrier for young black South African professionals ,show cased black excellence and proved to corporate SA that all a "black child" needs is a fair chance to compete with the rest. He is truly the guru of marketing and branding in SA and arguably the continent.
