The fact that I look at this as a Foreigner and think to myself "this wouldn't work where I live, people would steal everything and just walk away with it" says a lot about Korean culture and how far behind other are to still resolve to stealing rather than respecting it and pay for the food.

For those that are confused with 9:23, one of the most famous brand of noodles in Korea is "너구리" which literally means "racoon". The noodle package shows up in 10:17. It's famous for having a solid piece of kelp, which helps with the rich flavor, which shows up in 10:22.

I will just repeat whatever other people in other countries have already said: This kind of self-service + honesty stores will not work in my country as well as people will just end up stealing stuff. South Korea is lucky to have very disciplined people to have something like this in their country and honestly it makes me jealous.

Did you really eat practically ten bowls of this? I love ramyeon/ramen, this video was very good, very appetizing, I'm hungry for noodles now, I like that you can actually add the stuff that doesn't actually come in the packet, I'd wish I had all the ingredients to enjoy it properly. This place looks so cool, wish it were everywhere, but ofc not all would respect places that just have a store running like this, where you can literally just grab things.
