In America we get a job demand a comfortable non toxic environment these people are so grateful for a job that provides very little to their families. No proper shoes,eye protection or clothing. They add real value to the beautiful bangle and everything they make. May God continue blessing them, their work place and families. Amazing work!❤️🥇

Not just safety goggles , they should be provided with masks as well. Working with those broken shards of glasses is very risky , if inhaled it can cause major damage to the lungs .

I can only imagine how horrible the glass particle carrying dust is completely destroying their lungs when they breath it in all day. 🫣😢 I was told to ALWAYS wear a GOOD protective mask when working with broken glass, broken ceramic, fiberglass, and any silica products that have any dust flying around. Because you might not feel it immediately but the microscope glass is literally like tiny razor blades that destroy your lungs capillaries and nodes. In a few years, even if they stop working, the damage reduces the lungs abilities to actually bring in oxygen to the blood because the nodes responsible for oxygen crossing the air into the blood have been destroyed by the microscope silica blades. This will result in heavy breathing, not being able to breathe, becoming winded/tired after just light movement, like just walking a few steps will make the person tired. All damage that is IRREVERSIBLE. It hurts just watching them breath in that dust even if it looks like clear air. Very sad.

First of all, factory walon par ESI Act k through fine lagana chahiye. Atleast safety mask to provide krna chahiye. Glass dust(silica) se workers ke lungs me fibrosis ho jati hai. Or COPD hone ki chances hoti hai. And finally lungs damage ho jate hai or death ho jati hai.

У каждого своя функция труда, их там много людей. Что там тяжелого видели? Просто не понятно, зачем им эти стеклянные колечки? А производство самое обыкновенное, кустарное ремесло. Работают, значит нравится, силком не заставляют. Стекольное производство, везде оно есть....

труд нормальный а вот условия труда - полный ахтунг. Там стеклянная пыль которая НЕ выводится из организма! Когда работал на кат.крекинге нам делали рентген легких, а не флюру как всем.

Меня больше всего поражает сама технология изготовления. И сам процесс. Хоть большинство операций выполняют в ручную но придумали хорошо и все действия доведены до автоматизма как в роботе.

El trabajo es tan rápido y mecánico que no hay tiempo para pensar en la seguridad de su salud, solo están concentrados en rendir y ser eficientes en su labor, seguramente detrás de cada una de estas personas hay una historia que contar. Es interesante que una pulsera de cristal pueda mostrarme una parte de esta dura realidad, y si alguna vez llego a tener una de ellas en mis manos posiblemente la acaricie y valore. It's beautiful how entire world is working on each other's needs❤I really wish salaries are provided based on the amount of harwork done by people.. Mostly the people who do toughest jobs are paid less and they are made to believe that they deserve less money no matter how much work they do😢
