A place I love to go to in the summer month's with the beautiful promenade that stretches from one end of the seaside to the other, friendlies people you would like to meet, beautiful Church with intering village centre, and many interesting historical places to vist Birżebbuġa got it all !!

I lived in the house with the green shutters behind the church in St Georges bay. For two and an half years In the early seventies. Went back last year after 50 years. So much had change but that little corner was exactly the same. Lovely St Georges bay and lovely Birżebbuġa. Thank you for sharing 💗

hi steve yes it was man made around 1979 after the r.a.f left malta RAF Kalafrana was a seaplane operations centre.Between 1946 and 1979, the base was used by the Royal Navy as a general maintenance facility. The original site is buried under what is now the Malta Freeport terminal.

Steve l am relaxing on my sofa and l am enjoying watching the beautiful sea views and the beautiful panorama of birzebbugia.l also liked watching that sweet dog.l love animals a lot . I used to feed many stray animals both cats and dogs but now there are only cats near where l live.ln summer l like to come to birzebbugia especially on Saturday evenings as it is more lively by then. Right now I'm still watching your video thanks once more Steve take care l shall keep accompanying you in your walk at birzebbugia . Bye Steve ❤❤❤😊😊😊

Hiya, when I first went to pretty bay.. in the late 90s. It was just a big beach.. then it go washed away in a storm.. that's when they rebuilt it, with drains and bolders and old tyres held with huge stakes.. then covered with sand and all the trees . Then brick weave all over, now 25 yes later the plams are 25 feet tall..... iam visiting soon, can't wait.. cheers Steve

BEAUTIFUL UNSPOILT BIRZEBBUGA SEAFRONT ⛵ 🌊 🕍. Can't believe it was back in March 2021 that you last did that walk/vlog 😮. Nice to see that most of those old seafront houses are still there contrary to what happened in SPB 😡. That old oil jetty should be converted into a British style amusement pier 🤔. Mate you missed a free Calamari 🐙 there 13:58 by not 'waiting' 😂. THANK YOU for the pleasant quiet walk Steve 🚶🎥 👏. Cheers 👍🇲🇹❤️🇪🇺™️

Thank you for this beautiful video. Love Birzebbuga - where I call home when visiting Malta. Another beautiful walk is from St George's Bay to Marsaxlokk, along the seafront. When you come to seafront at the 5 minute mark of this video, instead of turning to the right, turn to the left along the seafront. Just before the slip-way, a flight of stairs will take you up up to Cachia-Zammit Street. Turn right and that road will follow all the way along the seafront, past St Lucien's tower at the top of the hill, and down to Marsaxlokk markets. Beautiful views - I walked to Marsaxlokk markets from St George's Bay every Sunday - about a half hour walk.

Thanks for the lovely walk. I lived near St George's Bay back in the 70s. Definitely lots if changes but I do remember some of those old buildings that you walked pass.❤

Lovely relaxing video Steve love the little boats, i have got a small rowing boat at the bottom of my garden just a small waterway that runs of the main river just a bit of fun, keep up the good work Steve.

Hey Steve ,always got my ❤birzebbuga.. have done that walk so many times , did it again in January, love it . The church is beautiful iv been to a couple weddings there long time ago . Love the feast as well always went growing up . Thanks for the walk .. oh and never to early for a beer 🍻

You were commenting on the lady talking so loud. I was born and raised in the US, but my mom was partially raised in Malta. She always hated it when people talked very loud on the streets. She would says they sound like Fish Mongers.😊

What a very pleasant walk apart form the rain....love the way they just casually park the boats on the roadsides !! Water looks wonderful....my word the road is busy Thank goodness they haven't Sliemastised the seafront by awfully overdeveloping the nice old buildings Regards, Peter
