Cream cheese frosting in my third video, use lemon for the flavor.
INGREDIENTS
●1 ¼ Oil
●2 cups granulated sugar
●3 eggs room temperature
●2 Cups flour
●1 teaspoon baking soda
●1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
●½ teaspoon salt
●1 teaspoon cinnamon
●2 cups grated carrots
●1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
●1 cup chopped nuts optional
●1 tsp vanilla
●1 cup Dole crushed pineapple not drained! {use the pineapple in juice
METHOD
Step 1
1)Mix oil,vanilla essence,eggs, sugar, pineapple, carrots, and shredded coconut
Step 2
2)Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and
cinnamon
Mix Step 2 into step 1
Pour into two baking tins(separate the mix into two baking tins)
Bake at 175°C for 25min - 30min,or until Toothpick comes out clean
