the recipe is simple:
in a hot pan, grill the chicken cut into strips with the spices and garlic, once the chicken is cooked, remove from the pan.
In the same pan add a little more oil and brown the peppers, if you do not like peppers replace with the vegetables of your choice with mushrooms for example.
remove the peppers and melt a little butter add the cornstarch stir and pour 400 ml of cream.
when the sauce thickens add the peppers and the chicken cook the pasta in a large volume of salted water for 10 minutes.
remove a little cooking water from the pasta then drain.
heat the chicken sauce and add the pasta cooking water heat 3 minutes over high heat.
pour the pasta into the cream mix, you can add a little parmesan.
serve and enjoy
