My grandfather used to cook goat that way. But he would make an oven out of earth. Literally digging the the earth. Put hot coals and the whole goat inside and then bake. Afterwards the meat would come out lean and delicious. No one in our village could cook like him.

I was all about it until the gray came out i know it’s the organs but just looks yuck I’ve never had goat before i always heard it was great i knew a guy who would eat it almost every meal he drove two hours for a hindquarter

Goat does taste great, although I don't eat it anymore because I feel bad for the way they cry before they are prepared for cooking. But on this vid, it seemed not well-cooked. Usually Polin and her cousins cook well-done, maybe the rain interrupted them.
