What is the basement foundation ceiling height for this?

How many sq ft is the basement? We have 2000 sq ft with 9 ft ceilings, the golf sim is amazing, did you have to dig the basement deeper? We are located in firestone and would love to have a design!

This basement is 2500sq/ft. and the ceilings are 10ft high! We did not have to dig as the space met the requirements called out by Trackman (golf simulator used here) We would love to give you a design but unfortunately we are a new smaller company that only has the bandwidth to work in south Denver, Aurora, Parker area. We hope to one day grow large enough to build up north as well!

How do you have 16-foot (16+ foot ceilings) in a basement? As nice as this basement is... isn't most of the cost tied up in these huge/high ceilings?

Hey Ben - the 16ft screen is the width. the Ceiling height here is 10ft.

Curious what you would have done if the ceiling height was only 8 foot.

Hey Todd - in the case of a ceiling height that does not meet specs, we would have to lower the floor. This would be done by removed concrete and dirt down to the level needed, then pouring back a new concrete slab over the excavated area.

What size is the Golf Wall??? You said a 16 Foot Wall but You didn’t mention the size of rye the Screen. It looks like 16:9 Aspect Ratio.

The wall is 16'x10'. You send those dimensions to Trackman and they custom make a screen that fits the room. Im not sure the exact size of the screen. Yes, 16:9.

As a 20-year insurance adjuster, I can attest to how many homeowners make this upgrade in a basement and (a) never change their coverage for A-dwelling and C-contents or (b) never add a sewer and drain backup endorsement to the coverage. One water event can cost a hundred thousand dollars in a basement like this to pump out, clean, gut, and rebuild. And you may not be able to live in the house due to odor. So look at that coverage D - Alternate Living Expense, too.
